Taco Bell Cake
Prep and Baking Time: 2-2.5 hrs
The “shells” are made of rolled out snicker-doodle dough with chocolate chip crumbs throughout for the “flecks.” The inner cake is a frosted chocolate round, cut in half. The lettuce is coconut that has been doctored with green food coloring. The cheese is coconut that has been doctored with yellow food coloring. The tomatoes are diced up strawberries. Sour cream is whipped topping.
